How long does it take to ship an order?
During the holiday season, shipping providers and carriers are typically dealing with increased order load. Orders in December typically take between 2-5 business days to dispatch and 15-20 business days to arrive at their shipping destination on average. This is not a guarantee, only an indicative average.

Why hasn’t my product shipped?
If your order hasn’t shipped after 5 business days, your product is probably on pre-order and will ship later. Please refer to its store page for pre-order information.

Why isn’t my tracking working?
Unfortunately, package tracking isn’t synchronising on our store for some orders made in late November to early December. You can enter your tracking number on https://t.17track.net/ or https://parcelsapp.com/ to view your tracking.
