Refund & Return Policy
Returns
All product sales are final upon shipment. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us via our Contact Page and our team will be in touch.
Mistaken Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly upon checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot change shipping addresses for an order once an item has been released from our warehouse and can take no responsibility for any missing or delayed items as the result of an incorrectly entered address. If you believe you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order, please send an email to support@finalfinalproject.com immediately for assistance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
If your product arrives broken or damaged by no fault of the delivery provider, you may request a refund or exchange for an undamaged product upon providing photographic evidence of the damage to our support team at support@finalfinalproject.com. All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that exchanges are subject to available supply.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
