How it works:
Each single box contains a figure of a random character, with a chance of finding the rare (or better) character.
Each Common has a 1/8 chance of appearing, the Rare figure has a 1/12 chance of appearing, and the Super Rare figure has a 1/48 chance.
The set pack contains 8 boxes with no double-ups and a guaranteed rare (or better) figure if bought online (it randomly replaces one of the others).

I've been waiting for a little over a month and I don't even have the tracking information. I want to know if there's a problem or what?
I got Pomni, who I was hoping for. Got at Hot Topic. The left eye is in the wrong position, but I think it makes her look just as cute! The shoulder is a bit too sharp but it's fine. Love Glitch's Products!
I was so excited for my collection box, and I got every figure: except for Queenie, who was the one that I was really hoping for (to go along with Kinger), but I got the secret rare instead which did make me a little mad at the time since I REALLY wanted Queenie. But it's still good merch!
I got Ragatha, not my favourite but it's ok. Some eyes glow in the dark and the design is great, the box is super pretty too. A bit overpriced like merch tend to be.
I got ragatha! She's one of the characters I didn't want to get, but she's grown on me despite her strange design compared to the other characters. I'd totally get more sometime!
I have been waiting for my order since June—which I already paid for—and almost two months have passed, yet it still hasn't arrived. I need the company to respond, please; it is my money. If it doesn't arrive, I want a refund, or else I will file a formal complaint against the company.
Product is very good, we got Jax and there is a slight nitpick of the fact that you can see some of the connections through the abstracted bit but barely noticeable
It's been more than 5 weeks and haven't received yet.
(Also, I realized on the pictures showing the products, pomni doesn't have her eyelashes in some of them.)
Me gustaron los detalles de las figuras, también quede encantado con la calidad las sorpresas, aunque a mi me toco una duplicada en general me gustaron todos los personajes.
To be honest, it's just crazy how it says that ti'll begin shipping till November, it's too much time, but hope Glitch manages to make it start earlier, i know i sound like a inconsiderated but i think that's an absurd amount of time, sorry if this comment was unnecesary, but i needed to give my opinion about this.
Dice que llega en 3 o 4 días y hace más de 15 que se hizo el pedido no tengo noticias de él ,ni seguimiento ni nada de nada ....seguimos esperando en cuanto lo reciba lo valoraré mejor
