Very comfortable to relax in. The button fell off after the second day i got it and along the bottom there was a hole and there was a couple of threads hanging out on the inside.

the hoodie is so cute it’s a bit big but i love my hoodies like that and the pockets so are confusing only because i didn’t know the pockets were like that😭 i was so confused when i found out but i love the ears and overall i love this and its so cute 10/10
super soft and warm! easily became my new favorite hoodie. Only issue is the material will kind of shed on car seatbelts but honestly that's not a big deal for me
Their products are great but it’s impossible to get a hold of someone, which is very frustrating. Our first order took 2 months to get here and it was not a ore release item.
We recently got the Jax hoodie for my daughter and I’ve been emailing them for an exchss as fe because its too small. No one will respond so it makes me not want to order anything else

It arrived in good condition it’s just it is polyester and it arrived in a plastic bag but when I opened the bag there was a bag side. It was plastic and see-through and like the bag was all sweaty or wet when I opened it. The jumper was soaked. I really love it. I put it in the washing stuff so it’s all clean but I’m just a bit concerned like why is it so so so so sweaty and like like is it like some chemical or or is it just like sweat because because it’s polyester and a polyester with the heat evaporates and then blah blah blah and it turns into sweat was it something else? I’m just worried but I love it so so much. 😁😁😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍🫶🫶
I love it, it's warm, comfy, soft and I couldn't be more happier than I am rn, Jax is my favorite character and I'm so happy to finally dress like him.

Loved the hatade well to fit an adult head and my 12yr old son. What i didnt like is that their measuring advice on the site is all wrong. The jacket is not a true american mens small. It is a youth size 14 at best! Made in China so the site didnt say to go by their sizing. I would have purchased the jacket in a medium not a small!! Plus took forever to get with no communication from them at all.
I got an email saying they couldn't finish the order, I sent at least 2 emails to customer service asking about it but never got a response. I never received the item (im a bit late to the review as it slipped my mind)
