It’s such an amazing mug, I bet jax is really tired of getting turned into random but amazing things! Even though it took a month, it was worth the wait totally! The coasters funny as well! So happy with it! Thanks for making such a mug glitch!

Thank you for shipping this all the way to Japan! I'm so happy that I'll be able to use this mug every day from now on. Even my family members, who don't know the show or Jax, said that the colors, the shape, and the ear covers with the white brims are adorable✨ I'm also very satisfied with the huge coaster, which has maid Jax on both sides✨

This mug and the coaster are really rEALLY cutely designed. The lid is pretty loose and actually drinking out of the mug isn't ideal because of the round shape. The colors are a little less vibrant in person (mostly the eyes) BUT I LOVE IT ANYWAY!! If you're a Jax fan you'll love this item + the box it comes in is really cute as well.

I rlly like it! It’s nice to drink out of and the design is adorable! The lid doesn’t fit too right, but I don’t mind that. It says it comes with two coasters but its just one with two sides. (I don’t mind that either)
