I officially got my mug little over a month ago due to shipping hell (my own fault for that). My mug came defective, the heat changing message only working when in direct contact with hot water. It wouldn't change if the water was in the mug, no matter how hot
The mug isn't used often, however the decals have already started to fall off. My mug also came with a printing issue, reading as "I wish I could remember yuur name" instead of the correct term "your"
The mug is always carefully hand washed, soaking a little maybe once or twice during busy days. The mug has never been microwaved and already the message has stopped changing, meaning the "heat changing" aspect of the mug doesn't work any more. The main appeal
I'm such a big fan of Queenie and with this being one of her only dedicated pieces of merch I'm so saddened by how awful the quality is, especially from Glitch! I own several other pieces of Glitch merch and none had issues at all, let alone something so bad.
TLDR: I'm deeply upset at how expensive this mug was, being almost $30 due to the shipping fee, yet the quality was awful. My mug came defective, with a printing error, and only after a month the decals have started to rip away and the heat changing message won't change.
If you're a fan of Queenie and want something to display? I recommend this! The art is amazing! But if you intend to actually use the mug it'd be a hard no from me
Its so pretty omg, the texture is so soft, I normally dont really like using mugs bc of the texture that feels like a school black board but this mug is so smooth I love it!! The art on it is so wow and the color of the mug is sooo cute!!!!
Awesome mug i use it as the only cup to drink coffee and tea from every day. Though when handwashing it use a soft sponge as the smaller details like leaves and the lettering tend to erase easier.
Its beautiful and great quality and the letters really do light up when you put a hot drink in it and its also a great way to know when its getting cold as the letters will start fading
AAGGHH WHOEVER MADE THE DESIGN I LOVE THE ART!! I wish to get more snippets of Queenie she's so pretty and seems like a really really sweet character. But no worries! We remember her.
I LOVE the details in this mug so much, it makes me feel sad yet in awe. The details of the abstract butterflies, Queenie seemingly at peace, and the words changing from the heat. Makes having my tea all the more enjoyable 🥲💖
