About the product itself: beautiful, stunning, incredible, amazing, he’s perfect and I love him so so much! Arrived a bit squished, but still 100% worth it!
About everything else: I needed it shipped to Germany. Last mile carrier was J&T and it was awful. Not anything that Glitch could have done about it, but my god. Couldn’t get a straight answer as to what would happen if i wasn’t home to receive it. Couldn’t track the thing properly. I messaged Glitch support because in their mails I was given a Dhl tracking number that didn’t work. Received an email that the package was delivered and signed for, but I called bullshit considering I had been at work the entire time. Managed to sprint over during my lunch break and found that they just put it by the front door. So that’s great.
I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just taken it to the post office but whatever. It’s honestly still one of the better experiences people have had with J&T.
Glitch support was so helpful and kind when I asked about the tracking issue, even if I’d already gotten the package by the time they messaged me back.
My advice would be to maybe not let them ship to your house, but to a post office/ package station near you so your package doesn’t get stolen if you’re like me and have a job. The fact that you can’t choose your last mile carrier and could get stuck with a company as awful as J&T is definitely not ideal, especially if you are a control freak like myself, but at least in my case it arrived, and pretty quickly too.
Esta bonito pero vino un poco doblado de la parte de arriba, ahora lo arregle un poco y el bastón igual está doblado, además no lo sentí tan cómodo para abrazar pero es Caine, y está hermoso!!
My first ever order from this website, and I am not disappointed. Understandably, he needs to be fluffed out a little, but it’s well made, stuffed properly, the stitching is perfect, and it’s even bigger than I thought it would be. He’s soft, he’s cozy, and I definitely think he’s worth the purchase. 10/10, would buy again. I might even buy a second one just in case. I love little Caine so much 🥰
Caine was a gift for my sister, and we love him so much. 🥹
He was treated badly along the ship, it looks like he was crushed and his head is a little heavy, which is why his mouth looks like that, but Caine in home and little sis happy = elder sis happy. ❤️
me llego en un mes! me encanto, es bastante grande y abrazable, solo una pequeña queja, esta descosido debajo del traje en la arte de la axila derecha, pero nada mas, lo volveria a comprar!
The one who's running the show is pretty good as a plushie, but his eyeballs are difficult to keep from going crosseyed, aside from that very small issue he's the most adorable little gentleman. You CAN close his teeth without doing damage. Overall 9/10 makes me consider consuming more product.
