Beautiful plush amazing material very nice necklace the back hair does untie but still very good!
My mom ordered this on her phone and it came and all and i didnt notice the blue ink stains they look almost invisible in cameras but it is visible in the human eye also he hair is unraveling fast even with my careful handling and there is a corset pressed thing thats also the color of the ink stains on her armpits and it cant get off. Please check your plushies better even if its a few extra seconds im very disappointed this is my first order of this website and now i think everything is gonna be messed up. Also i have contacted customer service but i still haven’t gotten a response in over a month.
Its beuatiful, soft, and just brilliant. The only actual problem i had with it was her hair but besides that its so cool, and now my pomni plush has a friend to suffer with.
Arrived at wrong address in the rain. Didn’t find till a day later. After receiving I noticed dark spots everywhere. Trying to contact customer service no response yet.

Me encantó lo único malo es que el pelo se desenreda y la tienes que volver a peinar ya que en la parte de atrás no contiene nada para detener los pelos pero por lo demas 10/10
Very well made, very soft and really detailed. I love that her button eye is an actual button and not just a decal (same with her necklace). The only "issue" really is that she doesn't easily sit up on her own. It's possible but takes some effort
I got the gift for a good friend of mine(who loovvesss Ragatha) and she absolutely loved it! I was a bit confused at first when it didnt come in for a month, but after a quick email to staff they very politely told me it was an item for preorder. Not long after that email it was shipped and took about a week to arrive.
Not to mention the amazing quality of the product. Shes firm, soft, and her button eye/pearls are real which is amazing!
Overall, would buy again.
