My daughter only wore the hoodie a couple of times and it started to literally fall apart. I followed the laundry instructions, even let it air dry to avoid dryer damage.
They say they only have a 30 day return policy, which I feel is ridiculous for faulty items. Most clothing stores allow returns for faults like this up to a year. I see in the reviews that we aren't the only ones with this issue.

I love this hoodie! I have this nervous habit of rubbing on the edge of my right sleeve, and it rubbed through in a day and when I washed it, it basically fell apart in multiple places. Love the design and I really liked the smell of it when it arrived, for some odd reason. I have some really nice memories with it too
whilst i LOVE the design, the quality of the fabric is low, to say the least. i got this for christmas, and i already had holes in the sleeve cuffs by January, a little more than a month later. just wearing this has caused multiple little holes all over it, and after only one wash, the metal ends on the string fell off.

it’s heavy but the material is not super thick. Love how the hood is nice and big and the strings are soooo cute! Shipping was good it arrived a week and one day after purchasing. Got it yesterday and really hope it lasts. The designs on the back and front and arms are so cool and overall quality is good. Can wait to wear this literally everywhere I go to show off to everyone my wonderful hoodie. I ordered a bit bigger than a hoodie that fits me and it’s a really good size. 🍄✨ I love Cyn!!
My daughter loves this! It was one of her gifts for her 13th birthday. She got it a size larger because she likes things a little baggy. Its definitely one of her favorite items of clothing now!

Smelled a lil funny out of the packaging, like weirdly of vinegar??? Gentle washed fixed it right up and it's my new favorite hoodie. Kinda wish the lil metal caps on the drawstrings had a hole to sew them in place tho. They popped off real fast and I keep glueing them back on.
I absolutely love this hoodie. it is now my ultimate favorite one and I do not go anywhere without it. I highly recommend this product completely. it is well made. it was on time. reasonable priced
The size was too small even after excessive measuring of my child it didn't fit. I even went up a size. I made a few purchases over the Christmas season well over $500. No customer service once you purchase which made my experience dealing with this company my last.
Perfect hoodie for a typical high school teenager girl who needs/wants to affirm her own unique style...
And, btw, it's top quality, really, fabric, sewing, pattern, everything feels like it will still be wearable in tennyears or more.
